This page describes the personal data processed when you browse www.optivvia.com or write to us through its contact form. It does not cover the Optivvia application platform, whose processing is governed by the contracts entered into with our customers.

No profiling or automated decision-making is carried out. Your data is neither sold nor rented, nor used for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to the OPTIVVIA staff responsible for commercial follow-up, and to the following providers:
- Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) — hosting of the site, within the European Union.
- Twilio SendGrid — delivery of contact form messages. This provider is established in the United States; transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Cookies and trackers
Browsing this site sets no cookies: no analytics, no advertising, no social networks. That is why you are not shown a consent banner.
Two external services are nevertheless called by the pages:
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address in the process.

YouTube — the presentation video is embedded in no-cookie mode
(
youtube-nocookie.com). No tracker is set unless you start playback; if you do, Google may set technical trackers required for playback.
Your rights
Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict the processing of, port and object to the data concerning you.
You may exercise these rights with our GDPR contact, by writing to support (at) optivvia.com or by post to the registered office address given above. You will receive a reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority — 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — or via www.cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The contact form is protected against automated submissions and its use is rate-limited. Messages are delivered over an encrypted connection to the recipient's mailbox.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
